HYIP essential rules

...and you`ll make decent money in the risky HYIP arena. These rules are fruits of a long experience.

Never, never  invest more than you can afford to lose. You can see this rule everywhere, yet people do not hesitate to deposit thousands of dollars only to later learn this bitter rule.

Invest in one HYIP first, and put into only 10% of your total capital, then wait for getting back the money you invested. Put another 10% into another HYIP after you get back the money from the first HYIP.

If you lose in the first HYIP, your loss will be 10%, and this won't affect you much. You can easily earn back the cost if you choose good programs.

● Never deposit more than $1.500-2.000 in any one HYIP. If you have more money to invest, spread it over at least 5-6 programs. Why?

Because it is easier for the HYIP to pay profits on smaller deposit than on larger ones, especially if the program is using ponzi scheme. That`s why an HYIP may keep paying smaller profits when it no longer pays on larger amounts.

● The HYIP expert always makes a test spend at first. Your first deposit should be the minimum or as close to it. Then watch how easy or complicated it is to make a withdrawal.

● Set an investment goal. If you don`t want to find out too late that you have only been doing "emotional investing" without making real returns, set a goal before!

Put your investment goal into writing! Unless written down, it is oly a thought, not a goal. A goal is a written target towards which you aim every decision. It will help you exercise discipline, so that you remain determined and focused, especially when the excitement of the game heats up.

In setting your HYIP goal, start small. This will give you opportunity to master the skills of managing a small portfolio.

Use your rationality. Rational investing is when you think clearly about where and how much to invest, when to increase your stakes and when to cut back. Rational investors don`t care about looks or impression. When an HYIP expert cannot justify an investment based on figures and facts, he won`t put his money in. Also, the rational investor is one who not only admits his loss in one HYIP, but is quick to bounce back with a plan to recoup the loss in another. And this desire to recoup loss is not based on feelings but on a well-thought-out plan.

Never trust and be always suspicious of every HYIP. Whether the program is rated №1 of a monitor site, whether it has paid consistently for months, it doesn`t matter.

The HYIP expert never compounds his earnings with the ponzi-type HYIP. Choose simple interest only. This is very, very important. You must resist to the tempting figures when you run the HYIP calculator. Be smart and don`t set your account to compound. Many "long-term" HYIPs may disappear before the maturity date of your initial principal.

If you still decide to compound your earnings, do it only for a while, until your balance grows, resulting in a larger regular payouts. You can decide to compound also after you have made your money back, your risk becoming zero.

Don`t get impressed by the look of an HYIP`s website and do not judge an HYIP by its website. If you find a flashy HYIP site don`t presume automatically that it must be a "good" one.

Do not reinvest your profit into the same HYIP, unless you are sure the program is fully reliable and honest. Normally, the quicker you pull out your initial principal the better off you are.

Check an HYIP across several monitor sites before you make a deposit. This is the preliminary "work" of a real HYIP expert. If the program ranks high on numerous reputable monitor sites, that`s good. But remember, this is still not a complete guarantee.

Read negative comments mostly and ignore positive ones, except there are no negative votes. But beware of monitors that purge unfavorable comments. In this case you won`t see any unfavorable comment on the site for a particular HYIP.

Also, always check the comments posted on the monitor sites before you invest into a HYIP, even if you`ve been making money from it before.

Note: Not every HYIP seeks to be listed on monitor websites. In fact, some of the more responsible and stable HYIPs prefer NOT to be listed on ranking sites, because they fear to be put together with the bunch of ponzi HYIPs.

An HYIP expert does not rely blindly on positive votes for an HYIP on monitor websites. An HYIP, especially if the program is using ponzi scheme, will continue to pay small amounts when it no longer pays on larger amounts.

Those still recieving their "pocket money" of few dollars will continue to post positive votes and that`s how the scheme of selective payments works. For this reason, when you are not being paid but you see positive votes in a forum, ask the voters to indicate the amounts of the payments they are still getting. They can surprise you with negligible figures.

Invest only in an HYIP that has been monitored for one to four weeks. The start date of the HYIP does not count much. What matters is how long an HYIP has been monitored with reference to its performance as a paying program.

Choose HYIPs with simple plans over those with multiple plans. Furthermore choose also HYIPs who offer realistic earnings and do not fall prey to promises of the ones who offer fantastic returns. They simply lie and are ponzi.

The goal №1of an HYIP expert is to protect his principal, so select early release of principal over long-term payouts. And recoup your principal in the shortest lenght of time. In this case you will be winning.

Watch like a HYIP expert for security features and indicators on an HYIP website before you deposit a significant amount of money into it:

--- • Lock Symbol on the bottom right hand corner of your browser.

--- • https in the URL in your browser window: https://websitename.com is a secure site. http://websitename.com is not secure. Sometimes you can only see the "https" in the member area. So, if you can`t see it on the public home page, register with the HYIP and see if it appears when you are in the website`s member area.

--- • DDoS Protection to prevent Distributed Denial of Service attacks. If the site has this feature it will be stated somewhere on the site, though the claim could be false. E-mail the HYIP and ask them if their website has DDoS Protection.

--- • Turing number. Usually this is a series of digits and is used to ensure there is a human instead of automated submission.

These security features are not a 100% guarantee against loss but they certainly help, especially when doing business with a genuine HYIP.

Build your own HYIP expert strategy and stick to it.The basis for your strategy must be your instinct, experience and reaserch. Change and/or modify it only if your ampler experience is saying so.

Withdraw profits from your HYIPs and reinvest the proceeds into reliable mutual funds with a brokerage firm for long-term investment. This also is part of an HYIP expert strategy. One good place to reinvest your profits is http://www.sharebuilder.com/, which has an automatic investment program that can transfer funds from your bank account into your long-term investment every two or four weeks.
